• Responses entered into our online price estimator tool (facility type, size, location, frequency). This data is stored locally in your browser and is only transmitted to us if you choose to request a formal quote.

Website & Analytics Data

• IP address and general geographic location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time on site, and referral source (via Google Analytics)
• Cookie identifiers and session data

Financial Information

• Invoice and billing records. Payment card data is never stored by us. All card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

Automated Contact Screening

When contact screening is enabled, we may automatically check the email address and phone number you supply with an enquiry or quote request to help prevent spam and identify contact details that are conclusively invalid. The check is silent and does not send you a verification code. We do not send the provider your name, company, message, site details, advertising information, or the other contents of your enquiry.

A conclusive invalid result, or a mobile number reported as absent, unknown, or invalid on the mobile network, may ask you to correct the affected field and submit the form again. An absent result can include a real phone that has been switched off or outside network range for a long period. If the screening service is unavailable or otherwise cannot reach a conclusion, the website does not send the enquiry and asks you to wait a moment and try again. Your entered details remain in the form, and no verification code is sent. This screening is not used to decide your eligibility for cleaning services or to profile you. You may instead contact us directly using the phone number or email address shown on this website.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with the following parties only where necessary:

• Cleaning staff and subcontractors, limited site access and schedule details required to deliver the service.
• IT & software providers, cloud-based tools we use for scheduling, invoicing, and communications (all bound by data processing agreements).
• Contact validation provider, Neutrino API, operated by JRX Systems Limited, receives only the email address or phone number you enter when automated contact screening is enabled. We use Neutrino's Australian geofenced endpoint, which Neutrino states processes requests within Australia.
• Professional advisers, accountants, lawyers, and insurers as required for normal business operations.
• Analytics providers, Google Analytics processes anonymised browsing data to help us understand how our website is used. You can opt out viaGoogle's opt-out tool.
• Regulatory authorities, where required by law, a court order, or to protect the health, safety, or rights of any person.

All third parties we engage are required to handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not retain Neutrino's raw validation response. For an enquiry that passes screening, a general outcome such as verified, conditional, valid fixed line, or active mobile may be included in the internal notification. If screening is unavailable and cannot reach a conclusion, the website does not create that notification.
